Interim Executive Assistant

Location: London - Bank Street

Job Type: 10 weeks contract - PART TIME

Work Setup: 3 days in office - Monday to Wednesday

Target Start Date: January

What You’ll Do

* Proactively manage complex diaries, internal and external client communications, and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and visas while handling frequent last‑minute changes
* Oversee business expense processing in collaboration with the offshore team, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursements
* Act as a system expert, efficiently using internal tools for data entry and communication
* Support the business by understanding priorities, fostering teamwork, and providing backup assistance within the wider group as needed
* Perform general administrative duties such as room bookings, filing, and ordering supplies


What You Bring

* Proven experience operating as an executive/business assistant
* Possesses knowledge of Investment Banking culture and organizational dynamics
* Proven experience in professional client relationship management and effective communication across all levels including bankers and administrative teams
* Full competency in diary and schedule management, with strong judgment to prioritize competing demands and optimize travel arrangements
* Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to take ownership with strong technical skills and expense management expertise to ensure policy compliance and cost control
* Calm and polished under pressure with high attention to detail, flexibility to adapt to change, and capacity to work in‑office full‑time
