Description The Role: Step into the role of Assistant Creative Concept Designer. Working Pattern: This is a full time role based at ‘The Barn’ - Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The typical hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and this is an onsite role. What you’ll Do: Join the Creative Services team and discover an exciting, entry-level opportunity to take on an integral role here at Joules Head Office. Expect to be accountable for supporting and evolving our creative direction across Digital, Social, Retail, Wholesale & Campaigns. Under the guidance of senior members of the team aid with the creative concept response to brief for Seasonal Campaigns. Explore mood, colour, print, typography and layout throughout. For retail look at windows displays, title lockups and look and feel for POS, social and digital. For wholesale, visual displays for product/ theme focus areas, title lockups, key prints, envoy and POS. Alongside your team, facilitate the delivery of concept direction for a wide range of Digital, Social, Retail, Wholesale and product/ packaging briefs. Delivery of creative asset packs for roll out to the creative delivery team. Creating mood content to be used by various channels (social, photography, marketing). Gather and organise competitor research. What You’ll Bring: To really shine within the role of Assistant Creative Concept Designer you must be able to work flexibly and at pace with a creative eye. From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you have: B.A (Hons) Design/Graphics degree (or related subject) Relevant experience within industry - this could be via work experience, via an internship or gap year, for example An understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud Software (Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator) & Microsoft Office An affinity for Colour, Typography and Layout 3D design skills would be advantageous Good collaboration and communication skills Your Application: Due to the high volume of applications received for our roles, please note that applications not accompanied by a relevant cover letter and portfolio are unlikely to be progressed.
