What is Involved
As a Chef, you play a vital role in our Care Homes, providing high-quality meals tailored to individual needs. You will prepare and produce excellent meals, welcome residents warmly, collaborate with colleagues, plan meals with input from residents and staff, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and legislation.
Getting Creative
We prioritize diverse menus that meet individual dietary needs, designing food plans in line with SALT guidance to create memorable experiences together.
Role Responsibilities
* You’ll deliver high-quality, tailored food to residents.
* You’ll follow procedures to ensure safe, consistent, and reliable food service.

Essential Skills
* At least 12 months of cooking experience
* Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
* Commitment to the home’s aims and Ivolve’s values
* Satisfactory police check and ISA list check (if applicable)
* Willingness to undertake training and development
Desirable Skills
* Previous kitchen experience within social care
* Knowledge of Equal Opportunities and regulatory frameworks
* Confident IT skills
