As a Bar Manager, you will oversee the daily
operations of our esteemed hotel bar, collaborating with senior management and

Responsibilities:
* Manage the bar's day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth and efficient
service.
* Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with guests,
consistently delivering inspirational service.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team through effective training and
solid leadership.
* Confidently handle guest complaints, finding prompt and satisfactory
solutions.
* Create new cocktails and drink offerings that align with our brand,
enhancing our menu with innovative choices.
* Ensure all team members adhere to correct measurements and licensing
regulations.
* Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure a seamless and
high-quality service.
What you Need:
* Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a fast-paced, luxury venue.
* A deep passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of
beverages, quality products, and ingredients.
* Strong menu development skills, with the ability to innovate and enhance
our offerings.
* Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
* Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team, with a talent
for motivating others.
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of our
service inspires and delights our guests
