We’re recruiting a temporary Merchandiser to join a fast-growing, fashion-led retail business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support an omnichannel trading team, working across stores and digital to optimise performance and drive actionable commercial insight. Key Responsibilities: Support long-term range and trading strategies to maximise profitability across all channels Analyse sales, stock levels and margin performance to inform decisions and identify opportunities Build and manage seasonal ranges, including historical analysis and sizing decisions Control stock levels against plan and manage critical path from style booking to stock arrival Provide competitor analysis and actionable insights to support trading decisions Collaborate across teams to deliver department and business objectives About You: Numerate, data-driven and comfortable making trading decisions at pace Commercially aware with proven experience in merchandising or trading Proactive, organised, resilient, and able to adapt to a fast-moving environment Strong communicator and team player with a collaborative approach The Role Offers: Temporary role on agency payroll, office-based, 3–4 days per week Competitive day rate dependent on experience Exposure to omnichannel retail and career development opportunities This is a great opportunity for a merchandiser looking for a temporary assignment in a commercially driven and creative retail environment.
