Accounts Manager responsibilities include:
* Playing a vital part in shaping client success, driving team performance
* Leading the delivery of a premium service and high-quality outcomes to our SME clients
* Managing job profitability and efficient delivery with agreed budgets
* Taking responsibility of a portfolio of clients, overseeing project timelines, billing, and client care
* Develop strong, trusted relationships and act as a primary point of contact
* Working with clients to deliver practical solutions to issues they face
* Training and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback, with opportunities to line manage
As an Accounts Manager, you will:
* Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
* Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
* Be experienced in managing a portfolio of accounts clients
* Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
