Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caregiver located in St Albans. The Caregiver will provide essential care and support to clients, assisting with day-to-day tasks such as hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Responsibilities include creating a safe and comfortable environment, ensuring client well-being, and offering emotional support. Strong communication with both clients and their families is essential to meet their needs effectively.

* Experience in providing personal care, mobility assistance, and meal preparation
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families
* Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures and first aid
* Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving others' well-being
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of clients
* Ability to accurately follow care plans and document activities or changes in client conditions
* Prior experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred
* Relevant certifications such as First Aid, CPR, or a care-related qualification are an advantage
