We are delighted to be partnering with a high-quality Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in Berkshire, renowned for its wood-fired cooking and dedication to seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. They're seeking a talented Sous Chef with a 2/3 AA Rosette-level skillset to work alongside the Head Chef, crafting exceptional small plates and main dishes over an open fire grill in a truly unique kitchen environment.

* £35,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge
* Working 48 hours per week
* Accommodation available (Off-site, therefore a driving licence is essential)
* Cooking over an open fire grill with the finest local produce

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
* Supporting the Head Chef in leading and developing the kitchen team
* Preparing and cooking to a 2/3 AA Rosette standard using wood-fire techniques
* Managing kitchen operations during busy services (up to 100 covers)
* Maintaining impeccable food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
* Assisting with menu development and ensuring consistently high-quality dishes
