Our client is a well-established firm working on housing association properties across Essex and London, and they're looking for a plumbing & heating engineer to join their growing team.
Based in the Dartford/Meday area, this reactive maintenance plumber role focuses on keeping homes running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Perform wet works, including power flushing and installing cylinders.
* Diagnose and fix leaks, taps, toilets, showers and pipework.
* Install water cylinders, water supply pipes and waste fittings.
* Deliver excellent service on every customer visit.
* Work to the highest health & safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 (6089/6189) in Plumbing or equivalent – certificate required.
* G3 Unvented.
* Full, manual UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).
* Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS, DVLA, financial background and right-to-work checks.
* Own tools required.
