Offer description

We'll close this role once we have enough applications for the next stage. Please submit your application as soon as possible to make sure you don't miss out. UK Remote | £30,000-£35,000 dependent on experience Benefits | Hear from the team • ☆ Our Team: We've found that the best way to learn is to do so in an environment which is as close to the actual job as possible. That's why our training is 75% independent learning. This independent learning happens in a Learning Management System, where COps discover our app, products, and internal tools through videos, infographics, realistic mock-ups and prototypes. COps then begin to embed what they've learned from our LMS through workshops. These workshops are supportive environments to encourage group discussions and planned activities. Your role is to focus on the "people" side of training by making these workshops informative, engaging and inclusive. When you're not designing and facilitating workshops, you'll also be discovering and building things that help COps learn outside of our LMS. You'll play a key role by Being the face of training, designing and leading engaging workshops to mostly virtual remote audiences, but also in person when required. Coordinating the logistics of our workshops. From making sure everybody is there and taking an attendance register, right through to adapting your delivery methods to engage your learners. Building training workshops using things such as FigJam, Slides, whatever medium you think is best to deliver the learning experience you want. You'll also use the assets created by our Training Design team or ones that you're able to make yourself. Helping to strategically close knowledge gaps in inventive new ways. Perhaps you'll make a quick video reminding COps how to identify a complaint, run ad-hoc "lunch and learns" and generally jump on inventive solutions to keep our operation on track. Analysing data across multiple sources to determine how effective our training programmes are. This data could come from learner surveys, COps performance metrics, cohort performance metrics and knowledge check/pillar assessment results. Contributing to discussions on our Learning/Performance strategy by providing insights and spotting opportunities/trends within training delivery. Using your facilitation skills to bring content to life for all learners - helping translate theory into real wold application to support and increase COps skills, knowledge and behaviour We'd love to hear from you if You're an engaging facilitator, passionate about the 'face to face' side of learning experiences who can demonstrate an ability to flex your approach to different audiences. You have strong communication skills. You'll be explaining key concepts to people seeing it for both the first and thousandth time, and it needs to feel fresh to both audiences. You can analyse the relationship between our business needs and how training delivers the outcomes needed to meet those needs. You are a strong collaborator and enjoys working with multiple operational teams (Hiring, Ops Managers, Team Managers etc) You care deeply about the impact that good training can have on both the learner and business. You have a good understanding of adult learning principles and can translate this knowledge into practical engaging learner experiences. Not ticking every box? That's totally okay! Studies show that women and people of colour might hesitate to apply unless they meet every single requirement. At Monzo, we're dedicated to creating a diverse and welcoming team.
