Registered Veterinary Nurse - Multidisciplinary
We are looking for a motivated RVN to join our team at Southern Counties Veterinary Specialists as a Multidisciplinary Nurse. The role involves rotation through many of the departments within the hospital including Medicine, Neurology, Wards, Surgery and Imaging, enabling you to gain experience with advanced procedures and the treatment of complex cases whilst being supported by our discipline specific nurses.
Your role will include communicating with the clinical team and discipline-specific specialists, to ensure high-quality care to our patients at all stages of their treatment. This role will be perfectly suited to someone who wants to diversify their skillset in complex referral cases, working within a Specialist-led hospital.

What you will bring to our team: a dynamic individual with high attention to detail and an empathetic approach to patient care across a variety of disciplines. You should possess the confidence to take initiative and actively contribute to the care of our patients. Previous experience in a referral practice is beneficial.
Shift pattern: This is a full-time, 40hr/week position on a rotating shift pattern across different areas of the hospital. Shift times will vary depending on which service you are covering that week, but it will usually be a 4 day week working 8am-6:30pm. We also have a 1:5 weekend rota with time off in lieu.
