The Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our setting and continue delivering high-quality early years care and education.
This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting staff, engaging with children, and building strong relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and inspire a small team to deliver outstanding childcare
2. Ensure full compliance with the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery
4. Maintain high standards of care, learning, and development
5. Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
