We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites across the UK. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on operational performance, team management, client relationships, compliance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operation of multiple sites.
* Lead, support, and develop site-based teams.
* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
* Oversee equipment maintenance and operational standards.
* Monitor site performance and identify revenue opportunities.
* Support the mobilisation of new sites.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations.
About You
* Previous experience in an Operations, Area, Facilities, or Multi-Site Management role.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Commercially aware with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence essential.
