\nTHE ROLE:
\n• As Legal Director, you will advise a broad range of individual and business clients on the full spectrum of commercial and corporate matters
\n• Drafting and negotiating general commercial agreements: terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service agreements, franchise agreements, and asset/share purchase agreements.
\n• Advising on corporate structures: shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements.
\n• Providing guidance on company restructures, corporate reconstructions, shareholder and warranty disputes, business sales, mergers and acquisitions, partnership deeds and related issues.
\n• Playing an active role in business development—strengthening local professional networks and contributing to the firm’s commercial growth.

\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE
