As an SEN Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support the teacher in delivering engaging, child-centred lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of our pupils.
* Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Work closely with SENDCOs, therapists, and teachers to implement individualised learning plans.
* Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals to support each child’s development.
* Use innovative strategies to promote communication, social skills, and independence.
* Provide personal care and support for children where necessary.
What we need from you:
* Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in an early years setting.
* A deep understanding of child development, play-based learning, and sensory needs.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* A patient, empathetic, and creative approach to supporting learning.
