We are looking for a Residential Team Leader to join our team at Sycamore Lodge, a highly regarded care provider. Your role will focus on delivering the highest standard of care, using the latest care technology to enhance your time with service users. Our goal is to ensure all residents receive care comparable to what we would want for our own families.
Applicants should have previous experience working with older adults in residential care, be flexible, patient, organized, and excellent communicators. A qualification of QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required or in progress.
Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and your team; maintaining clear communication; and documenting care plans accurately. You will receive comprehensive training, including leadership development, and have opportunities for career progression within Shaw.
