Your Role as a Lead Dental Nurse:
In this dynamic position, you will:
* Lead and inspire a team with confidence.
* Ensure compliance with GDC and CQC requirements.
* Manage audits and oversee reception and staff rotas.
* Update patient records and set up decontamination of instruments.
* Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists.
* Undertake some reception duties.
* Deliver excellent patient care with a personable and enthusiastic approach.
* Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* GDC Registration.
* Experience in a dental setting (preferred).
* A positive attitude and strong customer focus.
* Excellent communication skills.
