The role of the Training Analyst involves conducting Training Needs Analyses (TNA) across operational teams to identify training requirements that enhance employee performance, progress, and growth.
Key responsibilities include developing improvement recommendations to increase efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and outcomes for clients and Capita. The analyst will communicate changes, support business improvements, and collaborate with operational management and Subject Matter Experts to translate issues into workable solutions.
Responsibilities
* Shape strategic approaches to learning and coaching, leading quality improvements using available data.
* Define analysis approaches to investigate operational needs, problems, and opportunities.
* Provide feedback to stakeholders and operational teams on improvement plans and their implementation.
* Collaborate with the Head of Operations to produce and present visual data and Management Information (MI) to demonstrate operational effectiveness.
* Proactively work with stakeholders to promote and recognize best practices supporting operational efficiency.
* Offer valuable insights to support continuous improvement of operational teams.
* Utilize available systems effectively to facilitate service improvements.
* Define process improvement solutions aligned with business priorities, as part of wider teams or projects.
* Work closely with management and business users to develop, enhance, and ensure delivery of business processes and projects.
* Employ techniques to investigate, analyze, document, and manage requirements and improvements.
* Manage stakeholder relationships using stakeholder analysis techniques.
* Support discovery workshops and manage initiatives.
About You
* Significant experience leading strategic learning facilitation and coaching, with a proven track record of stakeholder engagement.
* Experience leading projects and driving change through initiatives.
* Proactive in developing innovative approaches to improve the learner experience.
* Strong advocacy and influencing skills to promote cutting-edge learning approaches within teams.
* Previous experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement within a learning environment.
