Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Prepare and deliver sales proposals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
* Manage administrative tasks related to sales processes, including tracking leads and maintaining customer records.
* Attend networking events and community functions to promote our services and expand the client base.
* Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help shape sales strategies.
Qualifications
* Proven administrative experience in a sales or customer service environment is preferred.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
* Multilingual abilities are an advantage, enabling effective communication with a wider range of customers.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
