Senior Quality Engineer – Drive Excellence at the Pinnacle of Motorsport

Key Responsibilities
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
* Manage and develop the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits and training.
* Support product development and lifecycle processes within Engineering & Technology.
* Establish robust standard operating protocols to ensure reliability and performance.
* Drive issue resolution and containment strategies from F1 events, ensuring peak performance.
* Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver objective-driven analysis to foster proactive improvements.
* Oversee supplier quality assurance to maintain world-class standards.

Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Quality Engineering or Product Engineering.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Visio, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence.
* A deep passion for motorsport and delivering world-class quality.
* Experience in top-level motorsport engineering or operational roles.
Qualifications
* A BEng degree or at least 10 years of experience in product and/or quality engineering is desirable
