Job Title: Sales Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client accounts.
* Campaign Management: Plan and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
* Digital Presence: Oversee social media strategies, website management, and digital advertising to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Marketing Activities: Design simple yet effective marketing initiatives that drive results and engagement.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and capitalise on new opportunities.
* Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
* Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as required to support the organisation's goals.
Competence Required:
* Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the SME sector, is highly advantageous.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, Google Ads, and CRM systems.

* Excellent communication skills and comfort operating at both strategic and operational levels.
