Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will support existing customers with a range of queries via telephone and email. You will work in a busy environment, ensuring each query is handled to the highest standard and resolved promptly. The role also involves updating databases and ensuring all customer communications are logged correctly and accurately.
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience (from any background) is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner are essential. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, good attention to detail and organization, passion for delivering excellent customer service, and being a great team player are important qualities.
