We're scaling rapidly, and we're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to take ownership of driving growth, building high-value partnerships, and helping us reach the next stage of our journey.

What you'll be doing:
* Develop and execute a growth strategy, identifying and targeting new partnership opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with letting agents and other key stakeholders.
* Manage and grow a pipeline of business opportunities, from initial outreach to signed agreement.
* Work closely with leadership to refine our partnership proposition and sales approach.
* Consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue and growth targets.
* Stay ahead of industry developments and competitor activity, bringing insights back to the business.
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years in business development, account management, or partnerships (property or utilities sector experience is a plus).
* Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Self-motivated, strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to deliver results.
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

* Competitive salary £35k to £45k DOE + uncapped commision OTE (£55k–£70k).
