An exciting opportunity has come up at 2a Court Road to support with admin tasks, for 12 hours per week. You would be part of a busy and energetic team, who support people with learning disabilities in the Kingswood area of South Gloucestershire. At 2a Court Road we support 15 adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. We are unique service split into three houses accommodating 5 people in each with various support needs. Enabling the people we support to live enriched and varied lives is at the heart of everything we do, we pride ourselves in working in a person-centred way “Nothing about me without me”. The role will involve : Auditing/checking documentation is compliant (including finances) Typing up documents Working with confidential information and following GDPR IT skills is a must, with confident knowledge of the windows office pack (word, excel) as well as good communication (written and verbal). Organisational skills is essential and proven record of creating systems would be an advantage.
