Requirements:
· A comprehensive understanding and ability to estimate project costs, including disciplines like CCTV, Access Control Systems, and Intruder Alarms, while being open to new solutions.
Identifying new business opportunities: Conducting thorough research to pinpoint potential markets and customers, along with projected timelines. Crafting strategies for business expansion and revenue growth.
Relationship Development: Establishing and maintaining robust connections with clients and partners, understanding their requirements, and proactively developing solutions before live tenders.
Business Planning: Devising business plans for new initiatives, including financial forecasts, timelines, and resource needs.
Analysis and Reporting: Evaluating data and reporting on the effectiveness of growth strategies. Identifying areas for enhancement and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Reviewing contracts with clients and partners, encompassing pricing, terms, conditions, and service level agreements.

Candidate Qualifications:
