ORGANISATION OVERVIEW:
As the Final Signatory, you will join the UK Medical Review Team, which is essential to the success of the UK and Irish affiliates. This team approves promotional and non-promotional materials (UK & Ireland) to communicate Lilly’s commitment to innovative medicines to healthcare professionals. You will work closely with Brand Teams, Brand Managers, and Medical Advisors, providing expertise on ABPI Code of Practice compliance across therapeutic areas.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Demonstrate leadership and expertise in the ABPI Code, with flexibility across therapy areas and topics.
2. Review, approve, and act as final signatory for Lilly’s promotional and non-promotional materials, ensuring full compliance with ABPI and IPHA Codes, scientific data, policies, and legislation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance from the inception of materials.
4. Provide training, share best practices, and coach team members and colleagues on Code compliance and approval processes.
5. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Code.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
1. UK-registered Pharmacist or Physician.
2. Experienced signatory with strong knowledge of ABPI, IPHA, PMCPA, and MHRA regulations.
3. Proactive leader with excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with Marketing, Medical, and other teams.
4. Collaborative mindset for working with diverse teams.
5. Interest in innovation, compliance, and process improvement.
6. Desirable: Knowledge of Collaborative Working and Disease Awareness Campaigns.
