Engineering Surveyor – Integrated Asset Management
We are looking for an Engineering Surveyor to join our Integrated Asset Management team in Cumbernauld. This permanent role supports the Survey Team across multiple construction projects across Scotland, requiring flexibility in working locations.
Key Duties
* Act as the primary site engineering specialist, liaising between sub‑contractors and our internal design and delivery teams.
* Lead and oversee quality control on construction sites.
* Contribute to the management of construction works.
* Process survey data and produce drawings in CAD software.
* Produce accurate and timely reports for the Design & Delivery management teams.
* Locate utility & buried services.
* Support the survey team with additional duties as required.
* Train and develop junior team members.
What You Need
* HNC or above in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* Keen willingness to learn and develop.
* Ability to work in various locations across Scotland and the North of England.
* Good time‑management skills, able to multitask, plan, and organise day‑to‑day workloads within a busy environment.
* Full UK Driving Licence.

* Experience with N4CE / Civil3D / Trimble Business Centre software packages.
