You'll support the business and the AML team, taking a leading role in all AML areas, including: Managing AML/Bribery training for new starters, system updates, and monitoring completions Managing and monitoring SmartSearch Performing internal client audits and reporting findings to the Senior AML Compliance Manager Assigning and reviewing/monitoring training completion, sending reminders, and escalating non-compliance Supporting AML onboarding, reviewing, and approving new client setups Reviewing and monitoring Onboarding and Risk inboxes Creating content for the Risk and Compliance Teams page, supporting updates and news dissemination Supporting Practice Assurance visits Monitoring and updating the Politically Exposed Person (PEP)/Relative or Close Associate (RCA)/High-Risk register Supporting client ongoing monitoring in collaboration with Business Support and Managers Supporting AML projects as required At Cooper Parry, we believe in playing all in. Strong knowledge of AML and Bribery regulations Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality Proactivity and adaptability to changing workloads Experience with client onboarding, ideally within an accountancy firm Knowledge of GDPR (desirable but not essential) Experience with document management systems What we offer:
