A Caretaker / Site Manager is required by a special school for primary aged pupils with severe and complex needs in the Reigate area. The role requires a highly motivated and skilled Caretaker / Site Manager, committed to maintaining and improving the school environment for pupils, staff and visitors. The school has two sites (both in Reigate) and as part of the wider facilities team, the appointed candidate will need to be able to work at either site. The position is full-time, 36 hours per week for 52 weeks per year, worked over a split shift daily working 7.15am to 11.30am mornings and afternoons being 3pm to 6pm Mon – Thurs and 3.00pm to 5.45pm Fridays (some flexibility can be given to these hours) This is an extremely important and rewarding role in supporting the education of special needs pupils and and requires a resourceful individual, with a flexible and 'can-do' attitude and able to relate well to pupils, staff and contractors alike.
