Role Description This is a full-time role for a Complaints Advisor/Senior Complaints Advisor at DSG Finance. The role is based in Stockport but allows for some remote work. The Complaints Advisor will be responsible for liaising with our motor retailer and lender partners to resolve customer complaints about vehicle quality in line with current regulatory and legal frameworks. You will need: Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in complaint handling and resolution Ability to work well in a team and independently Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Experience in an FCA Regulated environment and /or Motor Retail experience We offer: A competitive salary between £26k and £35k depending on experience Great benefits including enhanced holiday, family private medical insurance and the chance to host guests in our box at the Co-op Arena Opportunity to work some of your time from home when you have completed training
