Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of a wide variety of structural engineering projects.
* Use your expertise to guide, mentor and inspire junior engineers and technicians.
* Liaise directly with architects, clients, and contractors to develop innovative solutions.
* Take ownership of projects from conception through to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
* Contribute to the continued success and reputation of the consultancy as a trusted engineering partner.
Qualifications
* Chartered or near-chartered status (MIStructE or MICE preferred).
* Strong technical knowledge of structural design in steel, concrete, timber and masonry.
* Experience leading projects across a range of sectors.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
* A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving.
