About the role
We're recruiting on behalf of an established Irish main contractor for an experienced M&E Coordinator to drive the coordination and integration of mechanical and electrical packages across multiple South-East & Dublin/Leinster projects. Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you'll ensure timely, accurate, and unbiased information flow that supports effective planning, sequencing, and delivery through to system turnover and handover.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor M&E subcontractors to align with overall project goals and programme.
Gather and clarify technical/logistical info offline with specialists; relay structured updates to the site team.
Act as primary contact for all M&E coordination and reporting; escalate risks to EHS/QA/schedule/turnover as needed.
Define system turnover processes with the client; track documentation, T&C requirements and handover timelines.
Review technical submittals; input to logic/sequence where multi-trade coordination is critical.
Participate in technical/design workshops and progress/interface meetings.Requirements
Proven experience in M&E coordination on construction projects (main-contractor environment preferred).
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, sequencing, installation, and T&C.
Experience with system turnover and client-side engagement.
Familiar with QA, EHS and scheduling principles; confident with drawings, M&E documentation and PM software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills; proactive, solutions-focused mindset.How to apply
