Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm working hours

Access to advanced diagnostic and repair toolsDuties:
Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and routine maintenance as a Vehicle Technician
Perform repairs such as brake replacements, engine diagnostics, electrical faults, and oil changes
Use diagnostic tools including VAGCOM, ODIS, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and ADAS calibration equipment
Read, interpret, and follow technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics accurately
Complete job cards meticulously and communicate repair progress clearly to service advisors
Troubleshoot electrical wiring issues and execute repairs using dealer-specific information
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards as a Vehicle Technician
Contribute to workshop efficiency by collaborating with team members and maintaining a clean workspace
Support ongoing training sessions and skill development initiatives
Assist with workshop duties outside of repairs to support the team’s overall performance
Participate in dealership marketing support, including social media content creationRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a solid mechanical background
Ability to diagnose and repair vehicle systems confidently and efficiently
Experience with vehicle maintenance including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as VAGCOM, ODIS, and electrical testing devices
Strong understanding of vehicle schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions
Proactive approach with a focus on delivering high-quality work
Experience working on Volkswagen group vehicles is advantageous but not essential
