Description
You will play a key role in supporting product pricing, financial planning and analysis, compliance with internal policies, and contributing to the development of robust governance frameworks. This role provides excellent exposure to senior stakeholders, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate the financial viability of lending products and criteria
* Collaborate with Credit, Product and Treasury teams to understand funding, pricing and margin impacts
* Support financial planning and forecasting of mortgage applications and completions
* Analyse market data and macroeconomic factors
* Assist in the preparation of management information packs and performance dashboards
* Maintain internal control policies and procedures and ensure compliance with these
* Assist with audit and regulatory requests, including preparation of documentation and reports
* Contribute to governance initiatives including committee reporting, risk registers and policy updates
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* A relevant degree discipline such as Finance and Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Risk or Business
* Strong numerical and analytical skills; with high attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Strong Excel skills
* Proactive and keen to learn about specialist banking and Commercial Finance
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
