We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple development and production projects. You will manage projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams and acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead projects end-to-end, applying the most suitable project management approach * Provide direction and support to cross-functional project teams * Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met * Manage project budgets, including labour, materials, and revenue forecasting * Maintain project governance and compliance across the project portfolio * Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as required * Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations Key Experience & Skills * 5 years’ project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams * Formal project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, or Agile) * Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills * Experience creating and managing project schedules and budgets * Ability to adapt to different project management methodologies * Financial literacy and risk management capability * Desirable: NPI project experience, hardware development experience, bid support experience
