Exposure to timber frame construction would be a bonus.

Someone who’s improved trade practice through coaching and intervention.

The ability to interpret NHBC standards and bring them to life for learners.

Confident communicator and motivator – able to coach and influence learners and colleagues alike.

A natural organiser who helps others meet deadlines and expectations.

Working towards professional membership of a relevant institution (we’ll support you to get there!)

What we offer

Our benefits package includes:

* 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
* enhanced pension scheme (up to 10.5%)
