SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Rugby, CV22 Weekly Rate: £450-£480 Start Date: ASAP Hours: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Contract: Long Term to Permanent We are seeking a compassionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 pupil with an EHCP at a mainstream primary school in Rugby. The pupil has SEMH and attachment needs and benefits from consistent 1:1 attention, nurture, and a calm approach, the role may involve managing challenging behaviour. This is a full-time position with the potential for a split role. Mornings will be focused on 1:1 SEMH support. Afternoons may include working with a Year 4 EHCP pupil or another high-needs Year 3 pupil with ASD and limited speech who requires close adult support for pre-key stage learning.
