YOUR ROLE As Hospitality Team Leader, you’ll take charge of daily operations across the two Units, expertly coordinating rotas, motivating your colleagues, and ensuring consistently high standards. You’ll lead by example, championing exceptional hospitality and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment where both staff and customers thrive.
