Main Areas of Responsibility:
* Demonstrating an inclusive approach to teaching and learning for all pupils.
* Collaborating with a team of four teachers to plan and prepare engaging lessons.
* Teaching according to the educational needs of the children in the class.
* Disseminating high-quality teaching pedagogy and practices to ensure consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning.
* Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupils' development, progress, and attainment.
* Maintaining a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.
* Embracing innovation, motivation, and eagerness.
* Contributing to the wider life of the school.
* Possessing good interpersonal skills and working well as part of a team.
Minimum Requirements:
* A recognised QTS qualification.
* Experience of teaching KS2 pupils in a primary school setting.
* A good understanding of the National Curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive and flexible attitude.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
