EV is seeking a Design and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or early career professional with a marketing or design qualification and experience in B2B marketing. Passionate about digital marketing and skilled in photographic and video content creation and editing, this role offers opportunities for skills development, global travel, and career progression.
Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Marketing Communications Manager, the Design & Marketing Coordinator will:
1. Design and maintain digital and printed marketing materials such as datasheets, brochures, presentations, and case studies.
2. Organize and execute global events, including pre-marketing, stand setup, and on-site management.
3. Manage corporate giveaways, employee business cards, and apparel.
4. Update EV's marketing contact lists.
5. Edit and design marketing materials and videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other software.
6. Create content for social media, websites, and digital platforms to support sales and marketing initiatives.
7. Develop editorial, advertising, and thought leadership materials for PR.
8. Collaborate with sales, operations, and tech teams to produce marketing collateral.
9. Participate in continuous improvement processes to enhance EV's products and services.
10. Monitor and report on KPI related to marketing activities, including social media and website engagement.
11. Contribute to the evolution of EV's corporate brand.
12. Liaise with external suppliers and partners.
13. Monitor and report on marketing budgets.
14. Adhere to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct.
Experience Requirements:
1. Degree in marketing/design or proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in the energy sector.
2. Strong photography/video skills and editing experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator).
3. Experience working with external agencies.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
