The Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Head of Marketing to be the driving force behind our customer acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for creating and executing a cohesive marketing strategy that attracts new customers and maintains a consistent brand image across all three of our companies. This is a hands-on role that requires a strategic mindset, creative flair, and an in-depth understanding of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Acquisition: Lead all marketing initiatives with the primary goal of bringing in new customers across uSports, uKids, and uReach.
* Paid Advertising: Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) with a focus on maximizing ROI.
* Content Creation: Create compelling, on-brand marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, and email campaigns.
* Graphic Design: Utilize your strong graphic design skills to produce high-quality, professional visuals that capture the spirit of our brands.
* Brand Consistency: Maintain and manage a consistent brand image and messaging across all marketing channels and company materials.
* Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our online presence and engage with our communities.
* Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
* Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment, ready to pivot strategies as the business grows and changes.

Candidate Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on customer acquisition.
* Proven experience in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns.
* Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like the Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A strategic and creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
* Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, dedicated team.
