Role Description
This is a full-time office based role in Coventry. As an Operations and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with firm requirements, and establishing internal controls. Your role will include managing operational processes, analyzing organizational activities to ensure efficiency, and communicating compliance standards across departments with general admin work. You will play a key part in maintaining operational excellence and upholding regulatory standards.

* Strong expertise in Compliance Management.
* Ability to apply Analytical Skills to evaluate operations and identify areas for improvement.
* Exceptional Communication skills.
* Potential Experience in Operations.
* Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
* Knowledge of financial services regulations and industry best practices is an advantage.
