As a Trainee Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Coventry, you will receive:
* £26,700 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required)
* Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays

Key responsibilities as a Property Manager include:
* Booking and conducting property inspections
* Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
* Managing maintenance and repair issues with contractors
* Processing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
* Handling eviction requests
* Ensuring properties comply with health and safety standards
* Building relationships with landlords and tenants
* Managing complaints and conducting check-in/out procedures with inventory reports
