The Role: - Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs - Assist with the delivery of tailored lessons and activities that meet individual EHCP targets - Promote positive behaviour and help implement de-escalation strategies when needed - Support the wider class team in creating a safe and engaging learning environment Ideal Candidate: - Experience working with children with SEMH or behavioural difficulties is desirable - Calm, patient, and consistent with a passion for helping children thrive - Confident managing challenging behaviour and building strong, trusting relationships - Team Teach training is an advantage Successful applicants will be subject to standard vetting checks, including two school / education-based references & a DBS.
