Role Purpose
* To carry out kitchen tasks set for you by your head chef / sous chef
* To collect deliveries, clean and stock kitchen and restaurant
* To assist with cleaning duties in an effective and friendly manner
* To maintain standards of food safety & cleanliness
Main Responsibilities
* Washing restaurant and kitchen equipment
* Checking deliveries and assisting with stock take as required
* Thoroughly clean at all times and ensure routine cleaning is complete
* Support Head Chef with food preparation

* An understanding of food preparation methods
* A love of food and a desire to learn more
* Good communication skills
* Good timekeeper
* Thorough and effective in cleaning tasks
