About The Role
We’re recruiting for a field-based officer to join ARU’s Schools and Colleges Engagement team within the Corporate Marketing Directorate, delivering our local undergraduate student recruitment strategy across the East of England. You will work primarily in the regions of Norfolk and Suffolk.
You’ll be a key part of our mission to support all prospective students in exploring their future at ARU and beyond. Working face-to-face with schools, sixth forms, colleges, and at all ARU campuses — you’ll build strong relationships and deliver inspiring events such as taster days, workshops and presentations.
With a degree, part-qualified professional qualification, or equivalent experience, you’ll bring a positive, proactive and creative approach. Highly organised and confident working independently, you’ll be comfortable managing logistics, using data to demonstrate impact, and working to budgets.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with regular travel across your region and occasional out-of-hours work in the evenings and at weekends.
We have an agile working culture and offer an extensive range of benefits including generous holiday entitlement, occupational pension schemes, training and development opportunities, travel to work scheme and a competitive relocation package.
