Lab Administrator\n£12.21 per hour\nNottingham \nContract: Temporary to permanent\nMonday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm (office-based)\nStart Date: Immediate\n\nOur client is an innovative science and research organisation who are looking for an Administrator to join their Healthcare department.\n\nDuties will include:\n\nManaging intake and verification of samples from hospitals and private companies\nMaintaining accurate records and efficient processing\nInputting patient data into the clinical database\nOverseeing digital transfer of results to consultants\nSupporting the courier in packaging cases to send off and ensuring these are returned to the customer\nCompleting administrative tasks such as typing reports and sending email correspondence\nFiling, scanning and archiving documentation\nWorking closely with the lab team to ensure cases are reported in a timely manner\nAnalysing data trends to optimise lab workflow and turnaround times\n\nSkills/Experience Required:\n\nPrevious experience in a similar role essential - office support / data entry/ admin/ customer service\nStrong attention to detail is paramount! \nExcellent communication skills\nGood understanding of Microsoft Office, to include Excel, PowerPoint and WordFurther information\n\nThis role has an immediate start and is a temporary to permanent oppurtunity with the view of converting after 12 weeks\nThis role is based in the outskirts of Nottingham so would be easier to reach with a car and drivers licence. \nThere is free parkingApply NOW to avoid disappointment!\nUnfortunately, we are unable to contact all candidates due to the large volume of applications we receive.
