A well-established property organisation is seeking a Residential Property Manager (Leasehold) to join its team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager looking to step up into a broader portfolio management role, on the client-side.
The Role
You will manage a portfolio of approximately 25 residential schemes, primarily low-rise leasehold blocks alongside a number of freehold houses. The portfolio is considered straightforward and well-maintained. Working as part of a small property team, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the portfolio and provide a high level of service to residents and leaseholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of residential blocks and freehold properties
* Managing resident and leaseholder queries
* Organising repairs, maintenance, and contractor works
* Carrying out regular site inspections
* Assisting with service charge budgets and expenditure
* Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are maintained
* Supporting major works and Section 20 processes where required
About You
1. Experience within residential block/property management
2. Understanding of leasehold management
3. Strong communication and organisational skills
4. Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
