1. Ensuring effective and safe management of reinstatement contractors
2. Reporting on compliance to legislation and code of practice
3. Maintain excellent levels of customer scores and standards of service
4. Attention to detail with responsibility for approving contractor payment applications
5. Carry out quality audits to ensure high levels of safety at all times
6. Maintain and develop relationships with local councils
7. Drive improvement in reinstatement costs and quality with contractors.
What you’ll need
8. The job holder should have a NRSWA (New Road and Street Works Act) certification.
9. Full technical knowledge of the reinstatement process and code of practice
10. Good team leadership, the ability to communicate at all levels
11. Excellent customer service skills and work as part of a team
12. A full, clean driving licence and excellent IT skills
13. Performance management knowledge and ability to travel across the southern region is essential
