Role Summary
Title: Building Manager - Mid City Place
Team: Site - London Office Buildings
Reporting To: Associate Director - FM
The primary responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of Mid City Place, ensuring high standards of building management, client engagement, and contractor coordination, while adhering to budget and legislation.

* Contractor management for PPM and reactive maintenance

Experience and Salary
Experience & Certifications:
* IOSH certification required; NEBOSH desirable
* Minimum 2 years in a similar role
* Sustainability accreditation experience is a plus
Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday
Salary Range: GBP 60,000 - GBP 65,000 per annum, depending on experience
